Where are you located?
Tampa, FL. I am happy to serve St.Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa area within a 20 mile radius of 33626. Travel fee of $100 applied for locations outside of 33626 20 mile radius.
Why do you book your outdoor sessions in the early morning or late afternoon?
I am an on-location, natural light photographer. The best lighting from the sun comes in the early morning and at about 1-2 hours before sunset. Start times before sunset may vary depending on the time of year, starting as early as 4:30 in the winter months, and as late as 7:30 in the summer months.
Where can I have my photos taken?
Together, we will come up with a location that fits your lifestyle. For example locations can be an urban setting, countryside setting, or beach setting.
What types of sessions do you offer?
I offer family, children, senior, couples, and engagement sessions. I do not currently offer wedding services.
What types of collections do you offer?

- Family (a family is defined as an immediate family unit, which includes grandparents, two parents, and your children) $100 per additional family units
- Children (siblings only) Addtional children outside of siblings can be included in this session for an additional $50 per child
Will I receive my digital negatives?
Yes! I believe that it's important to have your session images archived and preserved digitally. Digital images are in high demand and we all want to share them with friends and family via email, and social media as well as preserve them for longevity. For these reasons, I offer high resolution digital negatives in my all-inclusive collection.
How long is the session?
Sessions last 1-2 hours.
How long do we have to order from our online gallery?
Within 2 weeks of your photo session you will receive your password-protected online gallery link via email, it will remain open for 7 calendar days. During this time you may view and purchase any additional studio prints and/or any studio products offered. Please be prepared to place your order within the 7 days of receiving your online gallery.
Can I order additional prints and a custom album?
Yes, I strongly encourage you to order your prints through Amy Rodriguez Photography. When you order your prints through Amy Rodriguez Photography you will receive the very best, from the paper your photos are printed on, to the correct color, and protection of your images. My lab uses indusrty leading photographic papers and top of the line printing technology. All prints are luster sprayed for added protection. They are meant to last a life time.
The full non-refundable retainer fee of $200.00 is due at time of booking your session. If retainer is not received in this time, your date will be free for another to reserve. Payment can be made with a credit card via my secure website, cash, or check. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your session and can be paid with a credit card or check.
How much can I expect to invest in our session/portraits/digital images/prints?
Clients will typically invest $825 to $3000, which includes all-inclusive collection, prints, albums, and other studio products.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Should you need to reschedule due to illness or extenuating circumstances, we will reschedule within 1-3 weeks.
Since I am an on-location, natural light photographer, there may be times when weather does not co-operate! In this event, we will reschedule your session with in the next 3 weeks.
