Family. Love. Connection. It is everything.

This session was originally cancelled due to our fickle February Florida weather...really cold, rainy, and windy. That was a good call! This day was filled with warm sunshine and lots of laughs. Taking the time to get together as a family and spend a few hours together so that EVERYONE can be photographed is truley something that grows in value over time. While these are "photo sessions" which are planned out, I love watching the session progress from the begining to the end. It builds on fun, emotion and connection as we go through the session. Each family is unique and I am blessed to see the process even if it is for only an hour.

Thank you for sharing a moment of this with me.

Christmas Sessions on the Ranch

Christmas 2016 "Mini" sessions were so much fun! The Red Ranch is a beautiful location that provides gorgeous stables for a back drop and you may even say hello to some of their animals, or perhaps I should say their animals will say "hi" to you! From their curious farm cat to the beautiful horses! As you can see fur babies had a part in their family photos too! It truly was a fun day!

Thank you to all my families that came out and shared the day with me, without you, these would not have been possible! Thank you to Kristen and Brad Spoor for the use of their Ranch. You can find out more about their Ranch and all they offer here.

High School Senior

I think the part I love most about my photo sessions are the new people, new families, tweens, and teens I get to meet. This young man is a senior in high school. We met in Hyde Park for a downtown/urban feel to his session. While walking around and photographing in between each little area we kicked up some friendly conversation. In todays time, that isn't always the case, our phones almost an extension of us. It was very nice to see a teenager engaged in conversation with an adult. Colin, you are a very smart and respectful young man and with that the door to your future is wide open! All the best of luck to you as you finish up high school and move on into the next "season" in your life!
